Rolled Oat Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- salt
Method
- Beat butter and sugar
- Add egg, then dry ingredients
- Pat into a swiss roll tin
- Bake in a moderate oven until golden
- Cut into squares when cool
