Savoury Cheese Crisps
Ingredients
- 1 breakfast cup potato chips, crushed
- 1 breakfast cup tasty cheese, grated
- 1/2 breakfast cup flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 55g butter, melted
Method
- Mix all ingredients together
- Roll teaspoonfuls into a ball and put onto a greased tray
- Press down with a fork
- Bake at 175 deg C for about 20 minutes
Notes
Serve with Anathoth Farmstyle pickle mixed with an equal quantity of (light) cream cheese
