Mustard Creme Fraiche Chicken
Ingredients
- 4-5 chicken breasts
- 250g tub creme fraiche
- 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 250g punnet cherry tomatoes
- 2-4 chopped bacon rashers
- few sundried tomatoes
- black pepper
Method
- Place chicken, chopped into bite-sized pieces if liked, into a deep dish
- Mix mustard and tarragon into the tub of creme fraiche
- Spoon over chicken
- Scatter over halved tomatoes
- Top with bacon rashers and sundried tomatoes
- Season with ground pepper
- Fan bake at 180 deg C for 30 minutes
