Never Fail Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 200g butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 3 cups self-raising flour
- 1 cup hot strong coffee
Method
- Put all the ingredients, in the order given, into a large bowl
- Blend together until smooth
- Pour into a large tin, about 20 x 30cm
- Bake at 150 deg C (or fanbake 140 deg C) for about 1 hour
