Scones

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Method

  1. Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl
  2. Mix milk, oil and water together in a jut
  3. Pour liquid onto dry ingredients
  4. Mix to a soft dough and knead lightly
  5. Roll to 1cm thickness and cut into shapes
  6. Bake at 210 deg C for 10-12 minutes
