Scones
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
Method
- Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl
- Mix milk, oil and water together in a jut
- Pour liquid onto dry ingredients
- Mix to a soft dough and knead lightly
- Roll to 1cm thickness and cut into shapes
- Bake at 210 deg C for 10-12 minutes
