Unbaked Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

250g biscuits half malt; half plain crumbed, 110g butter, 1/2 cup white sugar, few drops vanilla essence, 1 egg, 3 Tbsp cocoa, Sultanas

Method

Melt butter and sugar together add cocoa and vanilla essence Take off heat and let cool Add egg and beat in well Add crumbed biscuits and press into a greased tin Put on fridge to set Ice with Chocolate icing and cut into small squares
