Chocolate Chunk Oat Cookies
Ingredients
- 250g butter
 - 3 tablespoons condensed milk
 - 3/4 cup sugar
 - 1 1/2 cups flour
 - 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 250g chocolate, chopped
 
Method
- Beat butter, condensed milk and sugar together until light and fluffy
 - Add flour, rolled oats, baking powder and chocolate chunks; mix
 - Scoop dessertspoonsful of mixture onto well-greased baking trays, and flatten with a fork
 - Bake at 180 deg C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
 - Cool on a wire rack, then store in an airtight container
