Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 packet fresh lasagna sheets
  • 250g shaved ham
  • parmesan or tasty cheese
  • 2 cans flavoured tomatoes (eg Indian)
  • 300ml cream
  • salt & pepper

Method

  1. Cut lasagna into shapes about 15 cm square (if lasagna is stiff, soften briefly in hot water then place on baking paper)
  2. Spread ham slices over each shape
  3. Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper
  4. Roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick
  5. Place seam-side down in a lasagna dish
  6. Mix cream and tomatoes; pour over
  7. Bake at 180 deg C for about 30 minutes, until golden on top with most of the liquid absorbed

Notes

Can add 1/2 cup white wine; 2 cups sliced mushrooms; 1/2 cup sliced olives
