Lasagna Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 packet fresh lasagna sheets
- 250g shaved ham
- parmesan or tasty cheese
- 2 cans flavoured tomatoes (eg Indian)
- 300ml cream
- salt & pepper
Method
- Cut lasagna into shapes about 15 cm square (if lasagna is stiff, soften briefly in hot water then place on baking paper)
- Spread ham slices over each shape
- Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper
- Roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick
- Place seam-side down in a lasagna dish
- Mix cream and tomatoes; pour over
- Bake at 180 deg C for about 30 minutes, until golden on top with most of the liquid absorbed
Notes
Can add 1/2 cup white wine; 2 cups sliced mushrooms; 1/2 cup sliced olives
