White and Dark Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients
- 200g softened butter
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 100g white chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
Method
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well
- Sift in flour, cocoa and baking powder
- Fold in chocolate chips, nuts and milk
- Pour into a greased and lined, shallow 20cm square tin
- Bake at 150 deg C for 30 minutes
- Cool, then dust with icing sugar
