Pear and Blue Cheese Salad
Ingredients
- 2 small pears (eg beurre bosche), quartered, cored, and cut into thin wedges
- 90g blue cheese (eg Kikorangi), crumbled
- 1/4 cup (30g) roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salad leaves
Method
- Combine pear, cheese and walnuts
- Place salad leaves on a platter, add pear mixture
- Whisk oil, vinegar and honey in a small jug; drizzle over salad just before serving
