Baked kumara with orange
Ingredients
- 2 kumara, peeled
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
- Juice from 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 25g butter
Method
- Cook kumara, then slice
- Arrange in a baking dish
- Top with a slice of orange for every 2-3 kumara slices
- Mix orange juice, sugar, butter and cornflour together
- Pour over kumara
- Bake at 180C for 20-30 minutes
