Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 880g tin of tomatoes, or 8-9 fresh tomatoes, cooked and sieved
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 packet dry chicken noodle soup
Method
- Fry veges with a knob of butter until soft
- Add tomatoes and chicken noodle soup powder
- Simmer until noodles are soft
Notes
Can drop in tiny meatballs, or extra noodles/orzo
