Chicken Burgers
Ingredients
- chicken breast, about 1/2 per person
- hamburger buns
- cranberry sauce
- mayonnaise
- cheese
- tomato
- lettuce
- bacon
- egg
- salt & pepper
Method
- Sprinkle chicken breast with salt & pepper
- Fry on one side until golden brown
- Fry the other side until golden brown
- Split breasts in half, then fry the insides briefly, until cooked through
- Fry bacon until crisp
- Top each hamburger bun half with cheese; grill until toasted
- Fry one egg per person
- Spread bottom bun with cranberry sauce
- Top with chicken, then egg, bacon, tomato, and lettuce
- Spread top bun with mayo, then place on top
- Pierce with a long skewer, then serve
Notes
Can add any other ingredients if liked, eg avocado, beetroot
