Unbaked Chocolate Fudge Cake #2
Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 100g sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tspn vanilla
- 1 packet plain biscuits (crushed)
Method
- Melt butter, sugar and cocoa together
- Add egg and vanilla
- Add to broken biscuits
- Add optional extras (coconut, dried cranberries, chopped dried apricots, sultanas, cherries)
- Press into loaf tin or Swiss roll tin (depending on the thickness you want)
- Refrigerate until hard
- Ice with chocolate icing
Notes
• If adding a few optional extras, add another 10g or so of butter • This recipe is really easy if you break the biscuits in the food processor and then add all the other ingredients
