Unbaked Chocolate Fudge Cake #2

Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tspn vanilla
  • 1 packet plain biscuits (crushed)

Method

  1. Melt butter, sugar and cocoa together
  2. Add egg and vanilla
  3. Add to broken biscuits
  4. Add optional extras (coconut, dried cranberries, chopped dried apricots, sultanas, cherries)
  5. Press into loaf tin or Swiss roll tin (depending on the thickness you want)
  6. Refrigerate until hard
  7. Ice with chocolate icing

Notes

• If adding a few optional extras, add another 10g or so of butter • This recipe is really easy if you break the biscuits in the food processor and then add all the other ingredients
