Chocolate Chunk Oat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 8 oz / 226.8g Butter
  • 8 oz / 226.8g Light Muscovado sugar
  • 2 oz / 56.7g Castor sugar
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2 Beaten egg
  • 10 oz / 283.5g Plain flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 7 oz / 198.4g Porridge oats
  • 8 oz / 226.8g Milk chocolate in large chunks
  • 8 oz / 226.8g Dark chocolate in large chunks

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy then add vanilla and egg
  3. Sift in flour and add chocolate and porridge oats
  4. Bake for 10-12 mins on baking paper (depending on size of cookies)
