Chinese Noodle Salad
Ingredients
- 2 packets Oriental 2-minute noodles
- Celery
- Capsicums
- Carrots
- Spring onions
- Mung beans
Dressing
- 1/4 pottle Anathoth zucchini pickle
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Oriental noodle flavour sachets
Method
- Cook the noodles as per instructions on the packet, without the flavor sachet.
- When cool, added sliced celery, capsicum and spring onions, grated carrots, and mung beans.
- Toss with dressing.
- Before serving, add 2 scoops of mixed roasted nuts.
Dressing
- Mix all together.
