Walnut and Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 110g almond flour
  • 1 1/2 T raw honey
  • 70g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200C; lightly oil a 20x12.5cm tin
  2. Mash bananas
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl; add flour and honey
  4. Stir in walnuts and mashed banana
  5. Pour into tin; bake for about 20 mins
  6. Cool in the tin for a few mins before turning out
