Walnut and Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 110g almond flour
- 1 1/2 T raw honey
- 70g walnuts, roughly chopped
- oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C; lightly oil a 20x12.5cm tin
- Mash bananas
- Whisk eggs in a bowl; add flour and honey
- Stir in walnuts and mashed banana
- Pour into tin; bake for about 20 mins
- Cool in the tin for a few mins before turning out
