Strawberry Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 punnet ripe strawberries, hulled
- 250g ricotta cheese
- 4 T fruity liqueur or port
- 2 T sugar
- 2 t gelatine, dissolved in a little boiling water
Method
- Puree all ingreds together
- Pour into serving dish or individual glasses
- Allow to set in the fridge for several hours
Notes
Can be made with any soft fruit, eg banana, kiwifruit, pear, rockmelon (add an extra teaspoon of gelatine if melon is used) Serves 4
