Glazed Lamb
Ingredients
- 450g boneless lean lamb
- 1 T oil
- 175g mangetouts, topped and tailed
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 2 t clear honey
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 T chopped coriander
- 1 T sesame seeds
- salt & pepper
Method
- Cut lamb into thin strips. using a cleaver
- Add oil to a wok; stir-fry lamb until browned all over; remove and keep warm
- Add mangetouts and spring onions; stir-fry for 30 seconds
- Return lamb to wok
- Add honey, lemon juice, coriander and sesame seeds; season well
- Stir thoroughly, then boil; bubble vigorously for 1 min

Serves 4 Can us pork, or chicked (substitute basil for coriander)
