Bread Dip
Ingredients
- 1 packet spring vegetable soup
- 1 bunch spinach or silverbeet
- 1 tub sour cream (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3-4 spring onions or shallots, chopped
Notes
- Mix in blender, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Leave an oval or round loaf of bread at room temperature for several hours to firm up.
- Cut off the top of the loaf, then cut the middle into hunks suitable for dipping.
- Put the dip mix back into the loaf, with the bread hunks around the outside.
- Use a second loaf, or crackers, for a crowd of people.
