Triple Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 300g butter
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup choc bits
Method
- Combine butter and cocoa and melt.
- Add sugar; mix well off heat.
- Stir in flour and eggs; cool slightly.
- Stir in choc bits (or sprinkle into pan)
- Pour into 20 x 30cm pan, lined with paper above the edges.
- Bake at 180°C for about 35mins until just set.
- Cool in pan.
Can ice with 250g cooking chocolate melted with 1/4c cream; refrigerate, stirring occasionally, for about 20min or until of spreading consistency. Ice brownie, then refrigerate until set.
