Rolled Oat Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt

Method

  1. Beat butter and sugar
  2. Add egg, then dry ingredients
  3. Pat into a swiss roll tin
  4. Bake in a moderate oven until golden
  5. Cut into squares when cool
