Savoury Cheese Crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 breakfast cup potato chips, crushed
  • 1 breakfast cup tasty cheese, grated
  • 1/2 breakfast cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 55g butter, melted

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Roll teaspoonfuls into a ball and put onto a greased tray
  3. Press down with a fork
  4. Bake at 175 deg C for about 20 minutes

Notes

Serve with Anathoth Farmstyle pickle mixed with an equal quantity of (light) cream cheese
