Chocolate Chunk Oat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 250g butter
  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 250g chocolate, chopped

Method

  1. Beat butter, condensed milk and sugar together until light and fluffy
  2. Add flour, rolled oats, baking powder and chocolate chunks; mix
  3. Scoop dessertspoonsful of mixture onto well-greased baking trays, and flatten with a fork
  4. Bake at 180 deg C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
  5. Cool on a wire rack, then store in an airtight container
