White and Dark Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

  • 200g softened butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 100g white chocolate chips
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa and baking powder
  4. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts and milk
  5. Pour into a greased and lined, shallow 20cm square tin
  6. Bake at 150 deg C for 30 minutes
  7. Cool, then dust with icing sugar
