Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 small pears (eg beurre bosche), quartered, cored, and cut into thin wedges
  • 90g blue cheese (eg Kikorangi), crumbled
  • 1/4 cup (30g) roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salad leaves

Method

  1. Combine pear, cheese and walnuts
  2. Place salad leaves on a platter, add pear mixture
  3. Whisk oil, vinegar and honey in a small jug; drizzle over salad just before serving
