Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 880g tin of tomatoes, or 8-9 fresh tomatoes, cooked and sieved
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 packet dry chicken noodle soup

Method

  1. Fry veges with a knob of butter until soft
  2. Add tomatoes and chicken noodle soup powder
  3. Simmer until noodles are soft

Notes

Can drop in tiny meatballs, or extra noodles/orzo
