Chocolate Baklava

Ingredients

125g cream cheese 125g dark chocolate melts 1 cup of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts) 2 tblsppon caster sugar 1 tablspoon cinnamon 6 sheets filo pastry 60g butter melted

Method

Combine cream cheese + chocolate. Stir through nuts cool. Combine ground hazelnuts, sugar, and cinnamon. Brush filo with butter sprinkle with hazelnut mixture a nd repeat with another sheet of filo. Spoon in mixture and roll leaving a 2cm edge. Brush roll with butter and sprinkle more hazelnut mixture. Repeat with rest of mixture and filo sheets. Bake at 15-18 mins. Dust with icing sugar.
